Two 15.75" x 7.48" Flexi-bridge burners allow you to control two heating elements simultaneously to evenly heat large cookware or griddles up to 3,600W with the booster. It is ideal for cooking large quantities. The automatic shut-off functions will protect you if you forget to turn it off.
